Why Granby & the West Side of RMNP

Most Rocky Mountain National Park visitors cluster on the Estes Park side, which leaves Granby genuinely quieter while still putting you minutes from the same park. Arapaho Valley Ranch leans into that ranch character fully — this isn't a campground with a western theme, it's an actual working ranch that happens to have excellent glamping cabins.

What Makes It Special

• Location: Granby, Colorado, on the west side of Rocky Mountain National Park
• Setting: Working ranch with river and lake frontage
• Site types: Glamping cabins and campground sites
• Amenities: Lodge with pool table and games, on-site restaurant/saloon
• Recreation: Fishing, water activities, hiking, daily duck parade

Pro Tips for Booking

Don't miss the daily duck parade. It's a small thing, but it's become the property's signature moment — kids especially remember it long after the trip.

Ask for a porch-front cabin. The cabins overlooking the ranch itself are consistently the most requested — book early if that view matters to you.
